This policy explains how Organic AI Business Solutions™ ("we," "us") handles information shared through www.askhermi.com, including conversations with Hermi™ on this website and by phone, and requests submitted through our Executive Consultation form.
Information we collect
- Consultation requests. The details you enter in the form: your name, email, and, if you choose, your phone number, organization, industry, preferred times, and message.
- Conversations with Hermi. When you speak or type with Hermi on this site, the conversation is recorded and transcribed. Hermi may ask for contact details such as your name, email, phone number, and preferred meeting times so we can follow up.
- Phone calls with Hermi. When you call (541) 588-1021, the call is answered by Hermi and is recorded and transcribed so we can follow up.
- Technical information. Our hosting and service providers automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when you load the site or use Hermi.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and arrange an Executive Consultation.
- To understand what visitors ask so we can improve Hermi and our services.
- To protect the site against spam and misuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run this site, and they process information on our behalf:
- ElevenLabs, which powers Hermi's voice and chat conversations.
- Resend, which delivers consultation requests to us by email.
- Google (Firebase Hosting), which hosts the site.
- unpkg, a public content delivery network that delivers the code for Hermi's conversation window when you choose to use it.
- Cloudflare, which provides our domain, security, and the service that receives form submissions.
- Twilio, which connects phone calls to Hermi.
- Plausible Analytics, which counts visits and button clicks without cookies or persistent identifiers.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies, and our analytics provider, Plausible, does not use cookies. Hermi's conversation window, provided by ElevenLabs, may store small amounts of information in your browser so the conversation works properly.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests and conversation records for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to manage our relationship, and we delete them when you ask us to, unless we are required to keep them by law.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you would rather not have a conversation recorded, please do not use Hermi on this site or by phone, and contact us by email instead.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
